Perched in the hills above Lake Cocolalla sits this charming cottage resting on over thirteen and a half acres of wooded N. Idaho and bordering US Government land. Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms and a spacious main leveling living area that opens to the full length covered/open porch that spans the southern exposed front of the home. The private, upper level master suite provides peek-a-boo views of the water and features an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, dual sink vanity and laundry area. The lower level bedroom could function as multi-generational living with a separate entrance and access to the lower level bathroom. Outside, enjoy the gently rolling meadow area with granite outcroppings that transitions to the forested acreage that could be explored and hiked to the adjacent government land.
